Hi Again,
Hope that everyone is well!
Per my 3rd Nomination for Artist of the Year on the Dutch Internet Radio Station, The Starliners, the voting instructions are as follows:
Go to
www.starliners.nl where you will find a link called "Indie Award"
Click on "Indie Award" and the list of the 10 nominees will appear. There you will find my name to vote. (By the way, the text on this site is in both English & Dutch since 95 % of their listeners are Dutch).
If you have the time I will greatly appreciate your vote.

Hi Folks, - March 28, 2008
Hope that everyone is well! I haven’t touched base with some of you in a while - sorry:(
Not gigging yet but intend to do so soon. I did, however, get some good news today: my song “The Days of Loving You” won an Honor Award in the 2007 Great American Song Contest. Nearly 2,000 songwriters from forty countries around the world entered the event.
I’m hoping to get back into the studio soon to begin recording my next CD. Plans to do so had to be cancelled a few times. I’ll keep you folks posted.
Be well and have a wonderful weekend,
Joe

Hi Friends, - December 11, 2006
Hope that everyone is fine!
Well, the Starliners Internet radio station just announced the winner of the Starliners Indie Award for 2006 and my song, The Days of Loving You, came in at Number 3. The Starliners internet station is broadcasted around the world and the link to it is on my "Links" page.
I must admit that I started to sweat once they began playing the 10 nominees beginning with the 10th ranking nominated artist. The sweating stopped once they came to the Number 3 song and then the tears started falling - Only kidding! I'm truly honored to be in the top 3 category.
Thanks so much for your votes.
Happy Holidays & all the best for a Healthy & Happy New Year
Joe
Hi Friends - November 20, 2006
Hope that everyone is well!
Great News!
Just want to let you know that this past Saturday morning, November 18, 2006, my spirits were lifted and I was given a very nice compliment.
I received an email from The Starliners Internet Radio station which broadcasts internationally notifying me that my song, "THE DAYS OF LOVING YOU" is nominated for The Starliners Indie Award for 2006. There are 10 nominees in all.
Wow, it's no grammy nomination but it's still a trip to be recognized from folks all over the world.
My deepest gratitude to all of you who are relating to & enjoying my music.
God Bless you & Have a Very Happy Thanksgiving.
Hello Again, - September 25, 2006
Hope that all of you are doing fine.
Sorry I had to cancel tomorrow night's performance at The Underground Lounge - not feeling well with a cold & a sore throat. I will, however, be back there on Saturday, October 28 at the 7:45 - 8:45 show.
I just have to acknowledge to you how wonderful & supportive a club The Underground Lounge is and I'm not saying that just because I've been playing there. The management are tops!!! They seem to attract a great crowd of warm friendly down to earth people. It’s really a great place to visit to have a good time. It's worth checking out:)
Hope to see you at my next show.
Stay Well & Be Happy,
Joe
PS That was NOT a paid advertisment lol
Hello Again - September 11, 2006
Hi Friends,
Hope that all of you are well. I've been pretty busy and there really hasn't been anything exciting for me to tell you since the last time. However, I'd just like to let you know that I will be perfoming some acoustic shows in New York City. You can check out the dates on the Calendar page. I'm pretty psyched.
Also, I've written a new song - "Wesley's Song" -yep about my cat - As you could imagine it's very special to me and most humbly I'm pretty sure that all other animal lovers could relate to it. Believe me, that little tiger buddy of mine was quite a trip!!! I'm anxious to record the song and release it as a single but I'm uncertain as to how I want to produce it. I'm trying not to take forever!
That's really it for now.
Hope to see you at my concerts.
Stay well,
Joe
I'm Back - June 19, 2006
Hi Friends,
I'm finally back on the music scene. It was a pretty rough year. Both of my parents were very ill and my main focus was on caring for them. Fortunately, my Mom recovered but my Dad passed away on November 23, 2005.
Another blow came to me on January 28, 2006 when I had to put down my cat, Wesley, my little soul to soul buddy. He had also been very ill.
Well, now that I've bummed everyone out - sorry :( – let me update you on the music.
I will soon be out performing acoustic shows but there are no dates available as of now. I've also written a few new songs, and have begun thinking about what other songs I’d like to include on my next CD.
That’s it for now.
Be well, be happy and cherish each day.
Later,
Joe
